why pay for reading PDF Print E-mail

Why should you pay for reading the Legal Guide to Germany?

Please consider that it costed a lot of brain sweat, serious amount of funds to test the acceptance on a "no budget" basis. I also tried other posibities for funding. The Federal Commissioner for Foreigners and the ZEIT Foundation (as a foundation interested in sponsoring integration projects) denied the possiblity to fund this project. Therefore, your help is needed. Please subscribe to enable this project to continue. Another issue is that the website needs to be set-up from scratch. Mike of etcetcawesome found out that the technique behind LG2G is comparable to Pandora's box.... He estimates that he will need around € 6,000 to make this presentation work properly. There are about 1,000 readers on the mailing list. So when each of you would give € 6, this project would significantly benefit on it. And what for? (Continue reading...)

Reliablity

Sure, many answers are available for free somewhere in the Internet or from fellow expats in mailing lists. But did this person study law? LG2G authors are all professionals in their field. The inside stories are from them.

Cost Effectiveness

Each page is at least comparable to an inititial consultation from any Rechtsanwalt. A German lawyer may demand fees from his client for an intial consultion from a consumer at most € 190 on fees + € 20 for telecommunication and postage + € 39.90 = € 249.90. This limitation does not apply for an initial consultation for a business person. This is regulated in §34 I RVG. Compare this with the costs of the portal...

Ward off Swindlers

When you actively show hat you belong to the readers of LG2G, then you can tell your crummy landlord / supplier picking on you, your competing business that they cannot treat / consider you as a fool! Why? When you read the Legal Guide to Germany and you are informed on your rights and duties.
